My Story

Hello,

I'm Laetitia, founder of Gut&Glo and enthusiatic runner. My work as a nutritional therapist often starts by addressing my clients' gut health, whether they have overt digestive discomfort or not. Guts UK therefore seemed a very natural choice when I was looking for charities to support. This year, I've pledged to raise a minimum of £350 for them.

If you too would like to support their cause, please join me donating to Guts UK. I'll be running the Big Half in London on 4th September, wearing their coulours, and aiming to beat my 2021 Personal Best (PB) of 1 hour 52 minutes. Doing so, I'll be thinking of my mother, my paternal-grandmother and grandfather who suffered from gastrointestinal cancers.

One week later, I'll be on my bike with 16 other women from the Camden Team Liv, covering the 250 km between Calais and Bruxelles in two days - the biggest ride I've ever done. Early October, I'll be running the 20km de Paris. But for now, my objective is to stay injury-free, and enjoy my training!

On behalf of Guts UK, thank you all for your support!
